This weather calls for cookies!

..And coffee!

These cookies are a comforting sweet treat, sure to curb your carb cravings, and at 150 calories for a large cookie, aren’t going to derail you. Plus they are SUPER easy and quick to make.

I used Awesome Supplements Vegan Protein in these, although note the protein isn’t particularly high , its sure better than your bog-standard cookie

Ingredients (Makes 8)

50g Honey

1 chopped protein bar ( I used Grenade White Chocolate cookie)

½ tsp baking powder

70g oats

1 scoop of Casein or Vegan protein ( chocolate of vanilla powder would work well)

50g peanut butter

1 Tsp Vanilla extract

1 egg

1. Set oven to 180

2. Mix all the ingredients together

3. Line and grease a baking tray

4. Bake for 10 mins
