Peanut butter and jelly truffles

This is a recipe I am a huge fan of and is great in the evening for curbing the sweet tooth!

Ingredients


3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter ( crunchy does work too though!) 1⁄4 cup whey protein powder 4 tablespoons reduced- sugar strawberry jam 3 tablespoons coconut flour 1⁄4 cup oat flour- I just chucked some oats in the food processor as I couldn’t find the flour 1 teaspoon stevia



Directions

1. Throw all the ingredients together into a bowl and stir until you get a dough-like consistency. (If your dough is too sticky, add a bit more of the coconut flour) 2. Roll your dough into 9 little balls.
