Mexican Wrap

Mexican food

Quick and easy

Not things you would expect to hear for successful weight loss

It’s time to give up the perceptions of healthy food as boring diet food; if you are eating food you enjoy , you will be able to stick to your diet, and achieve weight loss that stays off. If you start cutting out carbs, and base your meals on bland lettuce leaves and chicken breast, by the weekend, or two weeks down the line if you are lucky, you’ll be face down in that takeaway. It is that simple.

This Mexican wrap is super filling ( arguably too much filling for the wrap, but there’s worse problems to have!) and you have 4 lunches in less than 15 minutes- this means one less thing to stress out about during a busy day.

When you are busy, distracted and stressed, it becomes even harder to make good decisions around food, so don’t make it harder for yourself- PREP and make dieting EASY.

If you want more recipes like this, and ENJOY diet food- then I can help. I am passionate about ensuring women lose weight in a sustainable way, whilst having foods they love, around their busy lifestyles.
