That you can’t have the foods you want

The ones everyone else can?

That you can’t go out ?

Or relax with a bottle of wine and a takeaway at the weekend?

Do you feel like you are missing out?

Because you cant enjoy social occasions because you are worried your decisions will ruin your weight loss attempts

Because you don’t look forward to meals and nights out, because of how you look and feel about yourself

Because you wont have photos taken with your friends and family

Because you don’t love yourself enough, to find someone that that will love and appreciate you to

Because the years are sliding by , and you haven’t achieved what you expected you would of done.

The right diet ( I prefer Lifestyle Change!) wont stop you socialising or ask you to cut out food groups

Yes there will will sacrifices, modifications, moderations

It will take time

But stick with it, be patient, and you will get there

You’ll move into the space you want to be in

Rather than being directionless, the years flying by

Now that’s truly missing out
