Chocolate Protein Mousse
Have you got a chocolate craving?

Then give this a go-it has THREE ingredients and takes about 90 seconds to make!..
…Or you could make several , so your snacks are sorted for the week, and in less than 10 minutes.
It also has just over 21g protein in it, to keep sugar cravings even further at bay, and will also help keep your energy levels steady- so you wont be reaching for the biscuits mid morning!
Ingredients
100g Fage Total 0% greek yoghurt- ( available in all supermarkets)
Half scoop Awesome Supplements Vegan Protein Powder in Chocolate Salted Caramel- link here
1g Xanthan Gum ( not crucial though!)
1)Spoon 100g of greek yoghurt into a bowl, and stir ¼ of a scoop of the protein powder in. Once that is combining add the other ¼ scoop.
2) If you choose to use the xanthan gum, add this once the protein powder is fully combined with the yoghurt.
3)Then put in the refrigerator for an hour, then you are done!
