Chicken Ramen

It is always a great idea to show your friends and family healthy foods in the great recipes- if they can appreciate how tasty “diet food” is , you’ll have even more support – and having a fantastic support system and community around you is a HUGE contributor for ensuring the weight comes off and STAYS off

And this chicken ramen recipe is super quick and easy- so you won’t even need to dedicate much time to the kitchen, leaving more time for talking and Love Island!

4 Chicken breasts

100g closed cup mushrooms

200g sugar snap peas

1 thumb of ginger, sliced into match sticks

4 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped

4 carrots, cut into match sticks

2 packs ramen instant noodles ( available in most supermarkets)

Bring a large pot of water to the boil

Whilst this is coming to a boil, chop up the ginger and garlic

Once boiling, add some salt, the chicken breasts, ginger and garlic

Reduce to a simmer and leave for 20 mins

3 minutes before the end, add the mushrooms and noodles

2 minutes before the end, add the carrot

About a minute before the end, add the mange tout

And that’s it!
