Banoffee oats!

This one is SO easy and a nice mid week treat - if you give it a go, let me know how you get on!






Ingredients

  • 40g oats

  • 15g peanut butter 

  • 25g Salted caramel whey protein,

  • 1 Lotus Biscoff biscuit

  • 1 medium banana

  • 200 ml almond milk,

  • MyProtein Flavdrops - toffee flavour


Method


Simply microwave the oats and milk for 3-4 mins, mix in the peanut butter, whey and flavdrops. Top with banana and crumbled biscoff.

Side notes: The flavours are strong enough that often the biscuit will be ditched ! Adding the banana in during cooking also works well ! The oats and milk can also easily be increased or decreased should you prefer
